  • Sale of 133,000 square foot office building in Mountain View to national REIT for $54,000,000
  • Sale of two 150,000 square foot office buildings in Santa Clara to national REIT for $46,000,000
  • Sale of two office buildings in downtown Palo Alto to Peninsula Open Space Trust
  • Purchase of 121,000 sf GLA shopping center and cinema complex in California Central Valley for $20,500,000
  • Sale of R&D property in North First Street area of San Jose to national residential homebuilder for conversion to multifamily development
  • Sale of reversionary interest in 11.95 acre ground leased office complex in Cupertino to active local developer
  • Court appointed in partnership dissolution to negotiate and document sale of 58,000 square foot R&D building in Mountain View on behalf of disputing partners
  • Sale of 60,000 square foot industrial building in Sunnyvale for conversion to church facilities
  • Sale of 100+ acre portion of ranch in San Mateo County Skyline Area to well known venture capitalist, with extensive work on access easements and right of first opportunity to purchase adjoining parcels

  • Lease of 105,000 square feet of office space in Pleasanton to publicly traded software company.
  • Lease of 50,000 square foot SoMa San Francisco office building to advertising company.
  • Ground lease of 12 acre upscale shopping center in Palo Alto with complex carryback financing and subordination to major construction and take out financing
  • Leaseback of 69,000 square feet in two industrial properties to Fortune 200 Company as part of purchase and sale of client’s business
  • Sublease of 42,000 square feet of office space in Pleasanton from Fortune 500 Company
  • Sublease of 17,000 square feet of office space in Palo Alto to Facebook, with recognition agreement
  • Lease of 6,000 square feet of retail space in Los Gatos to Apple Inc.
  • Ground lease of large shopping center retail parcel to Longs Drug Stores California, Inc.
  • Ground lease of 17,500 square foot parcel in Santa Cruz to Starbucks Corporation
  • Lease of 15,000 square foot shopping center premises to Fresh & Easy.
  • Lease of 53,000 square foot shopping center retail premises to Orchard Supply Corporation
  • Lease of 19,000 square foot shopping center premises to Grocery Outlet.
  • Lease of 7,000 square foot shopping center premises to Aaron’s Inc.
